Important – District Conventions will be held in February and October. The president of the District Lodge shall have the authority to conduct District Conventions via electronic means; however, delegates are required to attend District Conventions when the election of officers and business representatives are required. Notification of such conventions shall be communicated in writing to affiliated lodge Recording Secretaries and or Presidents via formal letters mailed to appropriate addresses provided or via email as attachments. When directed, the communication may also appear on this page of the DistrictLodge2020.Org website.
